Bus Transfers

ALPMA is arranging bus transfers from Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to Geelong, with return services also available, to help make your journey as easy and convenient as possible.

All you need to do is indicate that you’re interested in travelling on one of these buses during the registration process. Then, you will be sent a transfer form for you to indicate your preferred pick-up times.

Melbourne CBD Transfers

Limited transfers between the Melbourne CBD (Federation Square) and Geelong venues will be arranged on Tuesday, 8, Wednesday, 9 and Friday 11 September.

Melbourne CBD Pick Up Times:

Tuesday 8 September 2026, 1.30pm - Back of Federation Square at the Russell Street Extension
Tuesday 8 September 2026, 6.00pm - Back of Federation Square at the Russell Street Extension
Wednesday 9 September 2026, 10.00am - Back of Federation Square at the Russell Street Extension

Geelong Drop Off Locations:

Nyaal Banyul Convention Centre Geelong
Crowne Plaza
Oaks Vue Apartments and Novotel
Bayside
Holiday Inn

Please note: transfers are available from the designated Melbourne CBD pick-up location to Geelong only.

Melbourne Airport Transfers

We have partnered with Gull Coach Charters to coordinate these transfers. To help us arrange your transport, you will need to provide your arrival and departure details.

This information will be shared with Gull Coach Charters, who will use your flight details to coordinate your transfers and ensure the appropriate service is available.

Once your transfer booking has been confirmed, any changes to your travel arrangements or transfer details can be coordinated directly with Gull Coach Charters.

Please note: this is strictly for transfers to and from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport only.

Transfers pick up and drop off in Geelong from McKillop Street and Geelong Railway Station.

Geelong Railway Station is 600m from Nyaal Banyul Convention Centre.
