Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be available during the Summit in the exhibition area and is included in your registration fee.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
An attendee list will be supplied to all attendees including exhibitors and sponsors. If you do not wish to have your details on the delegate list please ensure you indicate this on your registration form.
Dietary and Special Requirements
Please note any dietary and special (example mobility or sight) requirements when registering for Summit. All dietary and special requirements will be forwarded to the venue.
The dress code throughout the Summit is neat casual.
Unauthorised photography, audio taping, video recording, digital taping or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in Summit sessions.
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Summit Organising Committee nor International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
Mobile Phones & WiFi
Delegates are asked to set their mobile phones to silent when in sessions.
Name Badges and Lanyards
Name badges will be issued when registering at the Summit. For security purposes the Summit name badge must be worn at all times during the Summit and social functions. Entry may be denied if no name badge is displayed.
Please ensure that you take all items of value with you at all times when leaving a room. Do not leave bags or laptop computers unattended.
The electrical supply is 240 volts, 50Hz. The connection for appliances is a flat 3-pin plug of unique design. Most hotels provide 110 volt outlets for shavers.
Travellers to Australia need a valid passport or similar certificate of identification. Everyone, except travellers with Australian and New Zealand passports, requires a visa. You may ask your travel agent for advice or to have them organise your visa.
